Job Requirements
- Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Real Estate License preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High-level customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Regular, in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing at least 25 pounds or less
- Finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment
- May operate a motor vehicle

Job Duties
- Serve as the main contact for buyers from escrow opening to closing, including managing transactions and providing updates
- Facilitate all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones
- Ensure sales files and documents are complete, compliant, and ensure successful closings
- Assist in administrative tasks and provide backup for New Home Consultants as needed
- Communicate with customers along with taking and sending photo updates along their journey
