Job Requirements

  • Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Regular, in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours
  • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing at least 25 pounds or less
  • Finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment
  • May operate a motor vehicle

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main contact for buyers from escrow opening to closing, including managing transactions and providing updates
  • Facilitate all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones
  • Ensure sales files and documents are complete, compliant, and ensure successful closings
  • Assist in administrative tasks and provide backup for New Home Consultants as needed
  • Communicate with customers along with taking and sending photo updates along their journey
