Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in rooms or food and beverage department in a hotel
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Effective handling of stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
  • Ability to work overtime as an OEM
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems

Job Duties

  • Supervise operating departments and assist the General Manager in achieving hotel profitability
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve workplace issues
  • Assist in hiring, training, and ongoing development of guest services staff
  • Maintain clear communication with co-workers and guests to resolve concerns
  • Manage financial data and perform basic arithmetic to support operations
  • Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
