Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- Lead, train, and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants
- Manage lost-and-found items and key control for secure areas
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards across all facilities
- Maintain safety and security protocols within the housekeeping department
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping
