Job Duties
- oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections reports and productivity checks
- lead and inspire room attendants and house attendants with clear communication hands-on training and motivation
- handle lost-and-found items maintain key control and manage access to sensitive areas such as master keys storage rooms and secure files
- ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- step in for the housekeeping manager as needed to maintain smooth operations
- coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and housekeeping needs
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
