Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift and move merchandise
- availability for full-time work including mornings and openings
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- commitment to upholding Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- capable of performing physical tasks related to the role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work standing for extended periods
- basic knowledge of home products
- ability to work mornings and opening shifts
- teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise
- ensure Home displays are maintained and orderly
