Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have prior experience leading others
  • Have or be willing to obtain required certifications
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills
  • History of delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily
  • For Bakery: at least 1 year of baking experience
  • For Meat: previous experience working in meat department and knowledge of meat cutting techniques and tools

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in retail management preferred
  • For Bakery: minimum of 1 year baking experience
  • For Meat: knowledge of meat processing and handling various tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and engage the department team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Oversee sales performance and work to achieve department goals
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to create loyal customers
  • Support team growth through recognition, training, and development
  • Use time and resources efficiently to maximize productivity
  • Ensure compliance with certifications and safety standards where applicable
  • Adapt and learn continuously to meet business growth and changes
