Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have prior experience leading others
- Have or be willing to obtain required certifications
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills
- History of delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively
- Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily
- For Bakery: at least 1 year of baking experience
- For Meat: previous experience working in meat department and knowledge of meat cutting techniques and tools
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Experience in retail management preferred
- For Bakery: minimum of 1 year baking experience
- For Meat: knowledge of meat processing and handling various tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team

- Lead and engage the department team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Oversee sales performance and work to achieve department goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create loyal customers
- Support team growth through recognition, training, and development
