Job Requirements
- Current state license as registered nurse (RN) or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum one year supervisory or management experience preferred
- Minimum two years recent home services experience preferred
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR

Job Duties
- Oversee and direct resident care operations for private duty home services
- Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for delivering safe and effective care
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Supervise and mentor home care staff
- Coordinate care plans and service delivery
- Manage quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as liaison between clients, caregivers, and management
