Job Requirements

  • Current state license as registered nurse (RN) or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum one year supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Minimum two years recent home services experience preferred
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR

Job Duties

  • Oversee and direct resident care operations for private duty home services
  • Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for delivering safe and effective care
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Supervise and mentor home care staff
  • Coordinate care plans and service delivery
  • Manage quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as liaison between clients, caregivers, and management
