Job Requirements
- bs or ba degree preferred
- previous experience managing multiple properties or hotels or departments
- experience managing diverse staff
- knowledge of swimming pool chemical handling
- knowledge of carpentry plumbing painting and equipment repairs
- ability to lift heavy equipment
- ability to work in harsh weather conditions
- ability to manage vendors to company standards
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- valid driver’s license and ability to drive company and guest vehicles
- discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of science or arts in hospitality management or facilities management preferred
- prior experience managing multiple properties or hotels or departments
- experience supervising staff of varied backgrounds
- knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and their properties
- understanding of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and equipment repairs
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong leadership abilities
- financial management expertise
- detail-oriented with organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- supervise maintenance and service staff
- manage budget and financial reporting for properties
- coordinate with estate owners for arrivals, departures, meetings, and renovations
- manage landscaping crews and pool and patio cleaners
- coordinate with external contractors for repairs and renovations
- ensure estates are clean and running efficiently
