Job Requirements
- bs/ba in hospitality management or facilities management preferred
- previous experience managing multiple properties or hotels or departments
- previous experience managing staff of varied backgrounds
- knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and their properties
- knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting and equipment repairs
- ability to lift heavy equipment
- ability to work in harsh weather conditions
- ability to manage vendors while holding them to floridian standards
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to maintain a positive attitude and service-focused team approach
- comfortable working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
- pass e-verify check
Job Qualifications
- bs/ba in hospitality management or facilities management preferred
- previous experience managing multiple properties or hotel departments
- experience managing diverse staff
- knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and properties
- knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and equipment repairs
- ability to manage vendors according to standards

Job Duties
- oversee property maintenance and staff supervision
- manage budgets and ensure efficient operations of each property
- coordinate with estate owners for arrivals, departures, meetings, and renovations
- manage landscaping crews, pool and patio cleaners
- coordinate with external contractors for repairs and upgrades
- ensure cleanliness and optimal functionality of estates
- perform additional tasks assigned by the general manager
