- Multiple years of paid trade experience
- Excellent customer communication and service skills
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
- Competence in using technology for job documentation
- Strong professionalism and reliability
Job Duties
- Completing small to medium home and commercial repair and maintenance projects
- Communicating clearly with customers to explain work scope and manage expectations
- Providing outstanding customer service to create life-long repeat customers
- Following the Mr. Handyman Way process for consistent job documentation and quality
- Collaborating with office staff to ensure seamless scheduling and customer support
- Using company-provided technology and tools efficiently
