Job Requirements

  • Licensed physical therapist in Washington state or before first day of work
  • One to two years of experience as a physical therapist
  • Current basic life support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to travel to patient homes within South King County
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients in their homes
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and health maintenance techniques
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
