Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States
- Reliable transportation to work is required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Background screening through Florida Clearinghouse required
- Have certification in CNA or HHA
Job Qualifications
- Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) certification
- Experience in senior care preferred
- Knowledge of daily living assistance
- Ability to provide compassionate care
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia care is a plus
Job Duties
- Offer companionship and non-medical support to seniors in the home
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping duties
- Prepare meals
- Perform grocery shopping
- Provide transportation to errands and doctor appointments
