Job Requirements

- Valid identification

Job Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide certificate
- Previous experience in home health or personal care preferred
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions

- Flexibility with scheduling
Job Duties
- Provide light housekeeping duties including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist clients with personal activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance
- Support client mobility and transfers ensuring safety and well-being
- Operate and assist with special equipment such as Hoyer Lift
- Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and respiration as directed
- Perform routine or delegated nursing tasks including specimen collection and dressing reinforcement
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
