Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in home health care or personal care preferred
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
Job Duties
- Assist clients with light housekeeping including organizing laundry and basic cleaning
- Support personal care activities such as bathing grooming dressing and assisting with meals
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers ensuring safety and well-being
- Operate and assist with special equipment such as Hoyer lifts
- Monitor vital signs including temperature pulse and respiration as directed
- Perform routine or delegated nursing tasks such as collecting specimens reinforcing dressings and emptying urinary or ostomy bags
