Job Requirements

Minimum age 21
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid U.S. driver’s license for 3+ years
Valid Class C Texas driver’s license
Excellent driving record
No moving violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years
No DWI, DUI, or related convictions
No felony convictions
No suspended or revoked driver’s licenses
Pass drug screen and background check
Must complete H-E-B driver training program
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly
Ability to load and unload delivery vehicles
Willingness to work in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 21
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid U.S. driver’s license for 3 or more years
Valid Class C Texas driver’s license
Excellent driving record
No moving violations or preventable accidents in past 3 years

Advanced customer service skills
Ability to navigate multiple iPhone applications including GPS, messaging, and support portal
Ability to meet company and regulatory driving record requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
Attention to detail

Job Duties

Help retrieve orders from curbside
Load product in delivery vehicle
Preserve product condition during pickup and delivery
Engage with customers before, during, and after delivery for exceptional experience
Deliver customer orders to specified location accurately, safely, and on time
Unload customer orders from delivery vehicle
Obtain customer signature for orders
May assist customers in bringing orders inside
Comply with all traffic and safety laws and H-E-B policies
Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle
Report vehicle maintenance issues
Attend meetings and perform other assigned duties
