Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid U.S. driver’s license for 3+ years
- currently have a valid Class C Texas driver’s license (no CDL required)
- excellent driving record
- no moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- no DWI, DUI, or related convictions
- no felony convictions
- no suspended or revoked driver licenses, permits, or privileges in any state or county
- pass drug screen, background, and motor vehicle records check at time of entry and periodically
- successfully complete H-E-B’s driver training program
- regularly lift up to 55 lbs
- load and unload delivery vehicles
- work while exposed to hot, wet, cold, and weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age 21
- valid U.S. driver’s license for 3+ years
- valid Class C Texas driver’s license
- excellent driving record
- no moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- no DWI, DUI, or related convictions
- no felony convictions
- no suspended or revoked driver licenses, permits, or privileges in any state or county
- advanced customer service skills
- ability to navigate multiple iPhone applications (GPS, messaging, support portal, etc.)
- ability to meet company and regulatory driving record requirements
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to work without direct supervision
- willingness to work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Help retrieve orders from Curbside
- load product in delivery vehicle
- preserve condition during pickup and delivery
- Engage with Customer prior to, during, and after delivery for exceptional customer experience
- Deliver Customer orders to specified location accurately, safely, and on time
- Unload Customer orders from delivery vehicle
- obtain Customer signature for order
- may assist with getting order inside
- Comply with all traffic and safety laws and H-E-B policies
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
- report maintenance problems
- Perform other duties and attend meetings as assigned
