Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable car, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
- Willingness to travel to customer locations using personal vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Basic proficiency in English
- Hard-working, reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and able to clean efficiently without losing quality
- Strong customer service skills
- Care about the company, customers, and teammates
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping beneficial but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Provide cleaning services for approximately 20 customer accounts
- Clean 1-2 homes daily following a detailed service checklist
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients
- Work independently managing time and tasks effectively
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Communicate with supervisors regarding client needs or issues
