Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Willingness to use personal vehicle to travel to customer locations
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Cleaning experience helpful but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Ability to speak some English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to clean efficiently without losing quality
- Professional and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide home cleaning services on a one-time or recurring basis
- Manage approximately 20 customer accounts
- Clean 1-2 homes per day, typically working solo
- Complete cleaning service checklists accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction
- Use company-supplied uniforms, supplies, and equipment
- Follow safety and quality standards while cleaning
