Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Availability Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
Bilingual preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car for team lead roles

Job Qualifications

No prior cleaning experience required
Ability to work physically demanding tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Good communication skills
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
Preferably bilingual to communicate effectively with clients
Valid driver’s license for team lead positions
Teamwork and customer service skills

Job Duties

Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (team lead only)
Maintain equipment and ensure the company vehicle is properly supplied and maintained (team lead only)
