Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- bilingual preferred
- able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- No previous cleaning experience required
- ability to work in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- ability to follow established cleaning procedures
- valid driver’s license preferred for team lead roles
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow the proven cleaning process
- maintain cleaning equipment
- as a team lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- ensure car and equipment maintenance
- provide excellent customer service
