Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physical labor including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights
- reliable transportation to work locations
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures
- willingness to work part-time hours ranging from 15 to 30 per week
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial roles is preferred
- strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- experience in housekeeping management or hotel environments is a plus
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently
- attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance
- handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments as needed
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- maintain janitorial supplies and equipment in good working order
- report any maintenance issues as necessary
- assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks
- uphold sanitation standards in all cleaning activities to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
