Job Requirements
- associates degree preferred
- 4+ years management experience in a Home Care Agency preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years management experience in health-related field acceptable
- experience in health field may substitute education
- current Oregon driver’s license
- availability for on-call and flexible schedule
- ability to work 40-50 hours per week
- strong communication skills
- ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- commitment to company values
- proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- manage the In-Home Care Services department
- review and revise policies and procedures
- organize and manage department functions
- oversee administrative and supervisory functions
- manage department budget and revenue
- collaborate with Transitions, Resident, Health Services, and sales teams
- ensure safe and appropriate client care according to service plans
