Job Requirements

  • associates degree preferred
  • 4+ years management experience in a Home Care Agency preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years management experience in health-related field acceptable
  • experience in health field may substitute education
  • current Oregon driver’s license
  • availability for on-call and flexible schedule
  • ability to work 40-50 hours per week
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to collaborate with multiple teams
  • commitment to company values
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage the In-Home Care Services department
  • review and revise policies and procedures
  • organize and manage department functions
  • oversee administrative and supervisory functions
  • manage department budget and revenue
  • collaborate with Transitions, Resident, Health Services, and sales teams
  • ensure safe and appropriate client care according to service plans
