Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- one or more years of recent and related experience
- successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, stooping, and standing for entire work shifts
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- willingness to work a flexible schedule with additional hours as needed
- regular and reliable attendance
- punctuality

Job Duties
- Maintains a clean work environment
- performs general cleaning duties including clearing and sanitizing tables
- ensures regular and reliable attendance
- fosters good working relationships with guests and employees
- wears and maintains uniforms properly including nametag and gaming license
- takes customer orders accurately and serves food and beverages promptly
- checks regularly on customers and offers refills
- performs sidework such as stocking condiments and paper products
- operates a brewer to prepare coffee
- delivers excellent customer service making guests feel welcome
- answers guest questions about menu options and general cafe information
- follows established security protocols
- maintains alertness and awareness of restaurant operations and informs supervisor of concerns
- complies with Colorado Limited Gaming Act, internal policies, safety, and health standards
- performs other duties including special projects as directed
