Job Requirements
- graduation from high school or equivalent
- one or more years of recent and related experience
- demonstrated hands-on hospitality, hosting, or serving experience preferably within a gaming environment
- demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
- demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
- successful completion of bloodborne pathogens and hazardous material training
- ability to perform physical exertion including frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, stooping, and standing for entire work shifts
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- flexibility to work additional hours as required
- reliable and punctual attendance

Job Duties
- maintains a clean work environment
- performs general cleaning duties including clearing and sanitizing tables
- exhibits regular and reliable attendance
- fosters good working relationships with guests and employees
- wears and maintains uniforms properly including the gaming license if applicable
- takes customer orders accurately and serves food and beverages promptly
- regularly checks on customers to ensure satisfaction and offers refills
- performs sidework including stocking condiments and paper products
- operates a brewer to prepare coffee for guests
- delivers excellent customer service to make guests feel welcome
- answers questions about menu options and information about the Home Cafe
- follows established security protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- maintains alertness and keeps supervisors informed of concerns
- performs duties in compliance with health standards, safety standards, and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- performs additional duties and special projects as directed
