Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- One or more years of recent and related experience
- Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
- Ability to perform physical exertion including walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, stooping, and standing for an entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work additional hours routinely as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on hospitality, hosting, or serving experience preferably in a gaming environment
- Experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
- Strong problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing skills
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
Job Duties
- Maintains a clean work environment
- Performs general cleaning duties including clearing and sanitizing tables
- Ensures regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- Fosters good working relationships with guests and employees
- Wears and maintains all uniforms properly including nametag and gaming license if applicable
- Takes customer orders accurately and serves food and beverages promptly
- Regularly checks on customers to ensure satisfaction and offer refills
- Performs sidework including stocking condiments and paper products
- Operates a coffee brewer for guest service
- Delivers excellent customer service making guests feel welcome
- Answers guest questions regarding menu options and general information about the cafe
- Follows established security protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintains alertness and general awareness of restaurant operations
- Keeps supervisors informed of any concerns
- Performs duties in compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act, internal policies, safety, and health standards
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
