Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent is preferred
- No previous experience is required
- Prior dishwashing knowledge or experience within hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment is desirable
- Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
- Ability to perform physical exertion including walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, stooping, and standing for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Availability for a flexible workweek with additional hours as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to wear required uniform and gaming license if applicable
- Ability to follow safety procedures and security protocols
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent is preferred
- Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
- Prior dishwashing knowledge or experience in hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment is desirable
- Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
Job Duties
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures including use of safety equipment
- Wears and maintains all uniforms properly including nametag and gaming license if possessed
- Washes and sanitizes dirty dishes, utensils, and other items as needed
- Empties trash, sweeps and mops floors, and wipes down work stations to ensure the kitchen is in pristine condition
- Cleans other restaurant areas as requested or required
- Develops and maintains positive relations with guests and employees
- Alerts supervisor of concerns regarding food and beverage quality and variety
- Follows established security protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Remains alert and aware of restaurant operations and informs supervisor of any concerns
- Receives training and guidance from supervisor
- Performs all duties in compliance with safety and health standards, the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies
- Performs other duties including special projects as directed
