Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- One or more years of recent related cooking experience preferred
- Demonstrated cooking experience
- Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
- Food Handler's License or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for extended periods, and flexible work hours
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Efficiently and consistently prepares all menu items and specials with great attention to quality, presentation, taste, and details
- Able to effectively make adjustments to provide the best overall dining experience to all customers
- Reads tickets and makes food according to guest specifications, including any modifications
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- Develops, maintains, and enhances positive relations with guests and employees
- Wears and maintains all uniforms properly, including nametag and gaming license if applicable
- Maintains a clean workstation and assists in keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- Alerts the supervisor of any concerns regarding the quality, selection, and variety of all food
- Performs duties in compliance with health standards, the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies and procedures
- Maintains alertness and general awareness of restaurant operations
- Receives training and guidance from Prep Cook Lead, Floor Supervisor, and/or Kitchen Manager
- Performs other duties and special projects as directed
