Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Ability to independently resolve complex workplace challenges
  • Capability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
  • Effective communication skills
  • Leadership and coaching experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and mentor staff

  • Experience in menu planning and food presentation

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with a positive attitude and maintain a sharp chef style
  • Lead, motivate, train, and guide kitchen staff to ensure high performance
  • Manage kitchen budgets and inventory with detailed tracking
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Create banquet menus and design food presentations for plating and buffets
