Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage service
  • Management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Proficient in relevant software systems
  • Must be able to work extended hours and overtime when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or similar environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, room service, lounges, and banquets
  • Oversee and ensure attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and control payroll and overhead costs to adhere to budget
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue in all F&B areas
  • Hire, train, and lead food and beverage staff to achieve performance standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
