Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage service
- Management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficient in relevant software systems
- Must be able to work extended hours and overtime when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or similar environment

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, room service, lounges, and banquets
- Oversee and ensure attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service delivery
- Monitor and control payroll and overhead costs to adhere to budget
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue in all F&B areas
- Hire, train, and lead food and beverage staff to achieve performance standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
