Job Requirements
- stand up be on your feet for long periods of time
- able to lift over 25lbs
- use motion that entails pushing pulling stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist
- maintain a clean and neat workstation following health code and sanitation standards
- ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- neat appearance with an outgoing friendly personality
- great communication and writing skills
- record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness sanitation food quality and guest satisfaction
- demonstrated leadership skills including coaching directing and motivating a team
- some exposure to profit and loss and sales building
- relationships over transactions focus on experience and creating lifelong relationships
- able to effectively handle scheduling ordering and financial goals
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations front and back of house
- excellent people and communication skills
- proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and using data to drive decisions
- demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a team
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness food quality and guest satisfaction
- positive energetic attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- oversee every aspect of restaurant operations ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently from the kitchen to the dining room
- cultivate a fun diverse and inclusive culture where team members feel safe supported and excited to work
- ensure kitchen runs seamlessly guests receive perfect meals and maintain high standards of quality
- manage scheduling coaching and development of team members
- analyze profit and loss statements using data to drive profitability and adjust strategies
- maintain cleanliness and health safety standards and ensure accurate product ordering and receiving
- maximize table turnover sales per guest and sales per hour through strategic operational decisions
- lead by example creating a warm friendly and fun work environment
- build lasting relationships with guests and the local community representing bolay positively
- ensure standards of food preparation presentation and execution are met and exceeded daily
