Job Requirements

  • stand up be on your feet for long periods of time
  • able to lift over 25lbs
  • use motion that entails pushing pulling stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist
  • maintain a clean and neat workstation following health code and sanitation standards
  • ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • neat appearance with an outgoing friendly personality
  • great communication and writing skills
  • record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness sanitation food quality and guest satisfaction
  • demonstrated leadership skills including coaching directing and motivating a team
  • some exposure to profit and loss and sales building
  • relationships over transactions focus on experience and creating lifelong relationships
  • able to effectively handle scheduling ordering and financial goals

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role
  • strong knowledge of restaurant operations front and back of house
  • excellent people and communication skills
  • proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and using data to drive decisions
  • demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a team
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness food quality and guest satisfaction
  • positive energetic attitude and team player mindset

Job Duties

  • oversee every aspect of restaurant operations ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently from the kitchen to the dining room
  • cultivate a fun diverse and inclusive culture where team members feel safe supported and excited to work
  • ensure kitchen runs seamlessly guests receive perfect meals and maintain high standards of quality
  • manage scheduling coaching and development of team members
  • analyze profit and loss statements using data to drive profitability and adjust strategies
  • maintain cleanliness and health safety standards and ensure accurate product ordering and receiving
  • maximize table turnover sales per guest and sales per hour through strategic operational decisions
  • lead by example creating a warm friendly and fun work environment
  • build lasting relationships with guests and the local community representing bolay positively
  • ensure standards of food preparation presentation and execution are met and exceeded daily
