Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • Four-year degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience or two-year degree with 3-4 years
  • Supervisory background
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • Experience in Rooms or Food and Beverage departments preferred
  • Supervisory background
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage financial data
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
  • Commitment to maintaining high service standards
  • Certified or willing to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability
  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff
  • Develop team members through training and development programs
  • Maintain clear communication with guests and staff
  • Manage financial information and support operational decision-making
  • Use Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting
  • Enforce professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Provide excellent guest service with a friendly attitude
