Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel operations or management
  • Ability to supervise a team of at least 3 associates
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week
  • Capacity to perform administrative and professional duties more than 50 percent of the time
  • Ability to use discretion and independent judgment frequently
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Experience in hotel management or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion
  • Proven track record in guest satisfaction and revenue generation
  • Ability to manage multiple operational departments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with hotel administrative and professional tasks

Job Duties

  • Supervise operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and Manager on Duty
  • Assist the General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and associate development
  • Direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents
  • Perform primarily administrative, executive, or professional tasks
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment consistently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations
  • Work necessary hours to complete job responsibilities
