Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Certification in food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR and first aid preferred
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests and ensure guests feel valued
  • Track logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
  • Monitor room rates, promotional packages and help boost revenue
  • Lead, train new associates and build a communicative team
  • Address guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity
  • Maintain safety and operational standards consistently
