Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Certification compliance such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure every guest feels valued
  • Track logs, manage messages and packages, and handle operational details promptly
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional service
  • Resolve guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity
  • Maintain safety standards and quality assurance at the front desk
