Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage guest reservations, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively, demonstrating quick-thinking problem-solving skills
  • Maintain organized administrative records and financial transactions at the front desk
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to support daily operations and enhance guest experiences
