Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
- effectively convey information and ideas and address guest inquiries and issues promptly
- evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns
- manage multiple tasks efficiently including handling reservations check-ins and check-outs
- work with and understand financial information performing basic arithmetic functions as needed
