Job Duties
- Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals and hitting solicitation call targets
- Proactively reach out with solicitation calls, lead engaging sales tours, and host clients from leisure, SMERF, business travel, and group segments
- Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments through attentive service and consistent engagement
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to market trends to capture emerging business
- Represent the hotel with professionalism, maintain visibility in the local community and industry organizations, and adhere to company standards and regulations
- Develop deep knowledge of hotel operations and policies, safely access sensitive areas, uphold trust, and assist management in meetings, promotions, and special functions
