Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • certification compliance including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • college coursework in a related field helpful
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure guests feel valued
  • track operational logs and manage messages and packages promptly
  • oversee team development, train new associates, and maintain strong communication
  • resolve guest concerns and workplace issues efficiently
  • monitor room rates, promotions, and packages to optimize revenue
  • uphold safety standards and service quality consistently
