Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
- supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- certification compliance including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid

Job Duties
- greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure guests feel valued
- track operational logs and manage messages and packages promptly
- oversee team development, train new associates, and maintain strong communication
- resolve guest concerns and workplace issues efficiently
- monitor room rates, promotions, and packages to optimize revenue
- uphold safety standards and service quality consistently
