Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • Supervisory background required
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Must hold or obtain Food Handlers certification
  • Must hold or obtain Alcohol Awareness certification
  • Must hold or obtain CPR certification
  • Must hold or obtain First Aid certification

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience in Rooms or Food & Beverage
  • Supervisory background
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with financial reporting and budget management
  • Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
  • Proactively spot challenges and tackle them head-on to ensure efficient hotel operations
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and support ongoing employee development
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
  • Work confidently with financial information and data to support operations
  • Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting
  • Ensure professional appearance and grooming standards are met
  • Provide friendly and service-focused interaction to guests and teammates
