Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food and Beverage)
  • supervisory background
  • calm and objective under pressure
  • must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
  • commitment to upholding professional appearance and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food and Beverage) or a four-year degree with 2-3 years experience or a two-year degree with 3-4 years experience
  • supervisory background required
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
  • ability to remain calm and objective under pressure
  • certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid are preferred or must be obtainable

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
  • proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
  • recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff
  • facilitate ongoing development programs and training for all team members
  • maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
  • manage financial information and support hotel operations through data analysis
  • ensure professional appearance and grooming standards are met
  • deliver friendly, service-focused interactions with guests and team members
