Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • handle reservations, VIP requests, and make every guest feel like a star
  • track logs, manage messages and packages to ensure smooth front desk operations
  • stay sharp on rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue
  • build and train a strong, communicative front desk team
  • address guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity
  • maintain safety and operational standards consistently
