Job Duties

  • assure attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets room service lounge and banquets as applicable by hotel
  • maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost
  • work towards improving restaurant room service lounge and banquet sales revenues to exceed budget
  • work necessary hours to complete job responsibilities including overtime for eligible associates
  • supervise and lead food and beverage team to ensure high standards of service
  • coordinate with other departments for event planning and execution
  • manage resources effectively to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
