Job Duties
- assure attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets room service lounge and banquets as applicable by hotel
- maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost
- work towards improving restaurant room service lounge and banquet sales revenues to exceed budget
- work necessary hours to complete job responsibilities including overtime for eligible associates
- supervise and lead food and beverage team to ensure high standards of service
- coordinate with other departments for event planning and execution
- manage resources effectively to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
