Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
- Or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- Or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license in the applicable state required
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, sell, and influence
- Thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- Advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure

Job Duties
- Cast creative spells to fill rooms, pump up revenue, and celebrate team wins
- Assemble, train, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team
- Build budgets, forecast sales, and develop marketing campaigns
- Conduct sales calls, tours, and client meetings to network and attract business
- Support the General Manager as the hotel’s ambassador of style and positivity
- Collaborate across departments to enhance hotel operations and customer satisfaction
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to position the hotel as a market leader
