Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
- or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience
- valid driver’s license in the applicable state required
- highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- thorough experience with professional selling skills
- strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- strong organization and presentation skills
- demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Develop and implement creative marketing and sales strategies that increase hotel bookings and event sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective networking and regular sales visits
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive and productive team environment
- Collaborate with hotel operations and support the General Manager in promoting the hotel's brand and services
- Represent the hotel at industry events and community functions to enhance market presence
