Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • Supervisory background required
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple hotel departments and collaborate with General Manager to ensure smooth operations
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to maintain efficient daily hotel flow
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while supporting ongoing employee development
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
  • Manage financial data and operational metrics to support hotel profitability
  • Utilize Windows Operating Systems for effective management and reporting tasks
  • Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards across staff
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly and attentive approach
