Job Requirements
- Degree in hospitality management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality management or related roles
- knowledge of financial platforms such as M3, PayCor, and IBuy
- knowledge of food safety protocols
- efficiency in Google Workspace applications
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- full working knowledge of property management system including FOSSEE and LightSpeed
- ability to stand and walk for long periods while maintaining a professional image
- weekend availability
- valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- physical presence in Chattanooga, TN
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of financial platforms such as M3, PayCor, and IBuy

- excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- full working knowledge of property management system including FOSSEE and LightSpeed

Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel
- full working knowledge of property management system including FOSSEE and LightSpeed
- prioritize excellent guest experiences by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintain high service brand standards
- develop and manage budgets, track revenue, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities to increase profitability
- recruit, hire, train, and develop the front desk staff to successfully perform selling techniques and procedures for current promotions
- foster positive relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders
- monitor and manage budgetary expenses to ensure cost efficiency
- establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders
- ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- manage and develop staff to ensure efficiency and high levels of customer service
- monitor industry trends and implement best practices
- provide the Revenue Management Department with information that includes a market analysis of competitors’ rates by market segment for weekday and weekend and a forecast of local market conditions and special events that may impact occupancy and/or rate
- support sales efforts as directed by the Management and the corporate sales organization
- must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- oversee the operations of the on-site food & beverage outlet
- hire, train, and supervise food & beverage staff, including bar manager and kitchen staff
