Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in beverage or retail management
- Demonstrated sales and leadership track record
- Knowledge of spirits and wine products
- Proficiency with inventory and financial management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to maintain a professional and hospitable demeanor

- Experience with inventory management and budgeting

- Familiarity with sales tracking systems such as Lightspeed
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversees inventory management, ordering, budgeting, and financial performance to drive profitability
- Manages day-to-day operations and keeps Lightspeed up to date
- Drives sales to meet forecast and budget goals
- Inspires and nurtures a team of beverage specialists to grow their passion and knowledge
- Supervises administrative duties including employee time-off requests, reviews, and training plans
- Communicates professionally with guests and staff in both verbal and written formats
- Manages shop repairs and maintenance to ensure a safe and attractive environment
- Assists with emails, product photography, and website maintenance
