Job Requirements
- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- attendance and completion of orientation and hoh training program
- completion of regulatory required training and certifications
- ability to stand for long periods
- occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds
- ability to follow hygiene and uniform policies
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a line cook

- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
- successfully complete hoh training program
- attend required training for local and state regulations such as food and alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to prep and line build recipes
- check quality of ingredients
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure hoh standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
