Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
- Must attend orientation and complete HOH training program
- Must complete any required local and state certifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
- Maintenance of personal grooming standards and uniform policies
- Ability to work in environments with kitchen fumes and occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals and smoke
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Successful completion of HOH training program and other required certifications
- Ability to maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
Job Duties
- Adhere to uniform standards
- Adhere to prep and line build recipes
- Check quality of ingredients
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- Work effectively as a team member
- Train using tablets or computer
- Perform any other duty or responsibility deemed necessary by management
