Job Duties
- wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, trays, utensils, cups and other cooking equipment
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines, policies and regulations
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables
- monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages
- follow all food safety standards
